Travel back in time to 1703 and explore Mission San Luis in Tallahassee, Florida where Apalachee Indians and Spanish settlers lived and worked together.

After a brief introduction, use the interactive map or the upper menu to select a location to begin your tour of this living museum. Choose to visit:

  • Visitor’s Center
  • Council House
  • Church
  • Spanish House
  • The Camino Real
  • Friary
  • Blacksmith Shop
  • The Fort

Once a location is selected, explore the 360° images. Use your mouse or arrow keys to navigate around the image (or use the online navigation tools). Arrows in the images will also lead to other locations. Click on the feathers in the images to learn more about a topic. Choose the speaker icon to hear about the subject and/or location. Select the “play” icon in the image to watch a brief video presentation.

When you are finished with your tour, select the Mission San Luis image in the upper left to be taken to the main website for the living museum. Here, visitors will find more information available about the museum, the history of the Mission, and be able to view images of artifacts (Collections).
