Take an online tour of the Museum at the John F. Kennedy Library with this website.

When arriving at today’s site, read the brief introduction then select the text link “Start Virtual Tour” in the lower corner. The tour begins with a video of clips about John F. Kennedy. Throughout the tour there are audios of era and JFK included which further enhance the virtual tour experience. Each slide also includes a general description text about the exhibit. Choose the display to examine from the scrolling slides under the current window. 

Exhibit topics include:

  • Kennedy-Nixon Debate
  • Peace Corps
  • Space
  • Attorney General
  • Oval Office
  • First Lady
  • Kennedy Family
  • Pavilion

Within each slide are blue information icons that when clicked bring up a larger image and item description. Use the on-screen arrows to move around the displays.

This tour would add to any history course.
