The second week in October is National Fire Prevention Week. Use this website to tour firefighting equipment and a fire station in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

When arriving at today’s link, choose from 6 different tours

Click on your desired ‘tour’ and a new window opens to reveal a 3D image that you can navigate around. Be sure to move your mouse slowly, or the image will spin.

When you are finished looking at the tours, learn about the history of the Lake Oswego Fire Department by selecting the “History” link on the sidebar. Click the plus sign beside the “Safety” link then select “Fire Safe Kids” to find links to fun activities from the NFPA (National Fire Prevention Association).
