This website provides a free video of the complete metamorphosis of a Monarch Butterfly. When you watch the video you’ll see a compilation of close-up photographic images providing a chronological transition that moves through these stages of growth:
- egg
- caterpillar
- chrysalis formation
- butterfly development within the chrysalis
- butterfly emergence
The movie is about 15 minutes long, so plan your visit accordingly.
